At HealthRaksha Private Limited ("HealthRaksha", "Company", "We", "Us"), we design our healthcare courses, clinical skill workshops, and internships with high pedagogical standards. We believe in providing our students with transparent policies. This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs all financial transactions initiated on healthraksha.in.
2. Self-Paced On-Demand Courses (7-Day Satisfaction Window)
For our recorded, self-paced certification courses, we provide a 7-Day Refund Window starting from the exact moment of payment completion. You are eligible for a 100% refund of the course fee paid, provided all the following conditions are met:
*Once an assessment has been attempted, or an official verifiable certificate with a unique certificate ID has been generated, the educational credential is permanently registered and the course fee becomes non-refundable.
3. Live Interactive Workshops & Cohorts Policy
Live workshops (conducted via Zoom / Google Meet) feature direct real-time interaction with specialist clinicians and have strictly capped seat capacities. Due to upfront instructor booking and limited cohort seats, the following cancellation rules apply:
If you submit a cancellation request at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled workshop commencement, you are eligible for:
- Option A: 100% full refund of the registration fee.
- Option B: 100% free transfer / rescheduling to the next upcoming batch date.
If cancellation is requested within 48 hours of batch commencement or after the live session has started:
- The registration fee is non-refundable due to locked seat allocations.
- However, you will retain full access to workshop recordings, clinical case slides, and digital materials.
4. Session Rescheduling or Cancellation by HealthRaksha
In the rare event that HealthRaksha or the scheduled medical faculty must reschedule a live workshop due to unforeseen clinical emergencies, technical outages, or force majeure events:
- Students will receive immediate notification via WhatsApp cohort groups and registered email.
- The session will be rescheduled to an alternate convenient date.
- If a student cannot attend the rescheduled session, they may request a 100% full refund or a credit voucher for another course of equivalent value.
5. Free Waivers & Scholarship Enrollments
Enrollments completed under promotional scholarship codes, partner institution waivers, or 100% discount coupons (where the final payable amount is ₹0) carry no cash value and are not eligible for any financial payout or monetary refund.
6. Refund Processing Timeline & Method of Payout
All refunds are processed strictly and automatically through our RBI-licensed payment gateway, Razorpay, directly back to the original payment source used during checkout (e.g., your originating bank account, credit card, debit card, or UPI VPA).
Approved & initiated within 2 business days.
Reflects in your account within 5 to 7 working days.
*Processing timelines are determined by the acquiring and issuing banks. HealthRaksha does not levy any administrative penalty on approved refunds.
7. How to Submit a Refund Request
To ensure swift handling, please follow these steps to request a refund:

- Student Full Name (as entered during checkout)
- Official Registration ID (e.g.,
HR-REG-2026-XXXXX) - Razorpay Payment ID (e.g.,

- Reason for the refund request
- Verification & Initiation: Our academic support team will verify course progress against server logs and initiate the Razorpay refund within 48 hours if eligible. You will receive an automated refund confirmation email from Razorpay.
